Terms of service
Last updated 22 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of MetricMind (the website, dashboard, tracker, APIs, MCP server and short links). By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
MetricMind measures traffic, performance, errors and other events on websites you control, and includes an AI analyst that explains changes in that data. MetricMind is in beta: features may change, and we may limit usage to keep the service reliable.
Your account
- Keep your credentials and API keys secret; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Only add websites you own or are authorised to measure.
- You are responsible for telling your visitors about MetricMind in your own privacy notice, and for any personal data you choose to send (for example with
mm.identify()or event properties).
Acceptable use
Don't use MetricMind to break the law, to track people across websites, to collect sensitive personal data, to send spam through short links, or to attack, overload or reverse engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
The AI analyst
The analyst's answers are generated by an AI model from your data. They can be wrong or incomplete: check important conclusions against the numbers and queries it shows before acting on them.
Your data
Your data stays yours. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can export it at any time and delete it by deleting the website or your account.
Fees
MetricMind is free during the beta. If we introduce paid plans, we'll announce them in advance and you can choose whether to continue.
Liability
The service is provided as is during the beta. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for decisions made based on analytics or analyst output.
Ending
You can stop using MetricMind and delete your account at any time. We may end the service with reasonable notice, giving you time to export your data.
